Under the Sales Records Act, the seller is required to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, he is required to register the received revenue with the tax administrator online; in the event of a technical failure, within 48 hours at the latest. On the basis of amendment of Act No. 565/1990, on local fees, we charge from CZK 1.1.2020 “Accommodation fee” in the amount of 21 CZK per person per night. Persons under 18 years of age are exempted from the fee.
