You have all the equipment in our fitness center at your full disposal during your stay. Whether you want to strengthen or condition your body, we have all the equipment necessary. We will gladly lend you Nordic walking sticks or high-quality bicycles for an outdoor workout. After all the strenuous physical exercise you can try out our special Biosynchron technology to regenerate your muscles and finish the whole day off with a full-body Aromachology massage from our certified Spa by L’Occitane program.
