Escape from the city

Perhaps you would not expect, that during your stay at the chateau, you would get the chance to grill your bacon and other goodies by an open fireplace, but Chateau Herálec is here to surprise you. We have prepared for you an extraordinary package called “Escape from the City”, where you will have the opportunity to join us in the usual works of the castle and discover rural life. Come and actively unwind from the hurried times of today and experience a pleasant moment in the beautiful countryside. After work you can enjoy homemade sausages from Mr. Zajíček, another sausage from Český Dvor, smoked bacon from the farm of the Nemc family. Also, if you are not meat friendly, we will prepare vegetarian sausages just for you… Our Fire menu is best enjoyed when you yourself will grill it above the fireplace, which is located in the castle’s courtyard with new wooden seats, designed just for this. To make the atmosphere even more romantic, we will cook you a winter punch or serve you the original “svařka”.

If you are not afraid of work, you just have to put our beautiful château boots on and get to work! You can head out to our field with us, which is under a granary, and a hoe or pick potatoes, harvest crops with our gardener in the Le Potager château garden, water, and take care of flower beds or rake up leaves beneath the centuries-old trees. You will surely find that you not only greatly stretched out your body, but also cleared your head. For the good work, each of you, of course, deserves a big reward – a delicious cup of loose tea or coffee and a great château pie from our baker await you. You can then let yourself be carried away on the waves of utter relaxation in our château Wellness & Spa by L’Occitane, where you will find the magical world of the sauna, a swimming pool under the historic vaults, a hot tub in the ancient tower, a silencarium under the arcades of the orangery with a view of the park, or you can be pampered by the hands of our masseurs. Finally, we will prepare a package of homemade château products as a thank you for your valuable work contribution :-).

• Unique PILLOW MENU (we know, that good sleeping is very important. We have prepared a special pillow menu for you (feather, aloe vera, and anti-allergic pillows).
